WHO WE ARE

Founded in 2008, the Country Manor Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to provide life-enriching opportunities and experiences to the communities we serve.

Sometimes these efforts require additional funds, talents, time, and resources. With the support of our wonderful donors, the Country Manor Foundation is able to help. We do this by raising charitable funds to support programs, projects, and items that offer a better quality of life for residents of Country Manor. 

We are continuously inspired by the stories of the people we serve, and we aspire to not only meet their expectations, but exceed them. Country Manor works incredibly hard to make sure all residents and patients feel cared for, heard, valued, and happy, each and every day.

We strive to remain creative and innovative in the use of our gifts, and ensure donations go as far as possible.
